Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.
- You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
Please email us at essencesofbrazil@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label.
⚠️ Important: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:
- Personal care products (e.g. creams, lotions, cosmetics, etc.) that have been opened or used
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal function available in your customer account, or contact us at essencesofbrazil@gmail.com with your order number.
Conditions for withdrawal:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- For products with a sealed package, the seal must remain unbroken. Once the seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons.
- Personal care products (creams, lotions, essences, etc.) that have been opened or used cannot be returned, as they are goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and are subject to health protection and hygiene concerns once opened.
Return shipping costs: The cost of returning the item is at the customer's expense, unless the item received was incorrect or defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
- If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at essencesofbrazil@gmail.com.
