Refund & Return Policy


We want you to feel confident shopping with us, and we’re here to help if something’s not quite right. Please read our policy carefully before making a return.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.
You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Request a Return

Please email us at essencesofbrazil@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Personal care products (e.g. creams, lotions, cosmetics, etc.)
  • Opened or used items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards 

We also do not accept returns based on personal preference (e.g. dislike of scent, color, or texture), or change of mind.

🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. However:

  • The item must remain unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Personal care products remain non-returnable, even under the cooling-off period.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at essencesofbrazil@gmail.com.
